The Official Release Of LaMont Anthony's "It All Started Here"

The full 18 track CD, "It All Started Here" has been released on the UjamGruvNited label. A previous 10 track MP3 only album was released earlier this year. "IASH" is an opus dedicated to the Aggressive Soul sound that has come to characterize LaMont's music. The "AS" sound is a mix of Jazz, R&B, Pop, Tech and World music forms all blended together to create a distinct musical genre all it's own. Imagine Prince and Cameo hooking up with EWF and you'll only begin to see what we mean.

The CD starts off with "A Little While" old skool R&B with a tinge of Pop. "I'm Not In Love" brings 60's style background vocals to the future with NeoSoul musical musings. "Hold On, Take Me" is a Jazz/R&B tour de force with soulful vocals and killer piano solos throughout. It also has a mean tech synth solo to take you out. Other honorable mentions: "Just Fine" mixes Alternative guitar riffs with NuJazz and LaMont gives one of the best piano solos this side of contemporary urban music. "Dirty On Me" a R&B Funk jam reminiscent of the old skool jams like "Dookey Stick" and "Cutie Pie." The title track, "It All Started Here" is World and Soul blended into a sound that is all his own. These are just a few of the songs that are sure to please the music lover in us all.

Using the assistance from online distributor AudioLife, the full 18 track project can be securely purchased directly from LaMont's website. Single MP3s, MP3 albums, physical CDs, Ring tones and T-Shirts can also be purchased. All of this can be done without the customer never leaving the site. Currently, UjamGruvNited is letting "IASH" for a mere $5.50. This is an introductory price until LaMont’s 3rd CD, "The Way Of The Aggressive Soul" is released on July 27th of this year.
