You do not get both, its your choice to select which package you want.

The two contests you have set up so far are not easy at all. They will take a very very long time to reach the required number.

What is considered long? If you make alot of usefull posts it really shouldn't take you long at all. Buffalo is already at 2 green dots with 16 posts

Yeah ok. Not everyone gives reputation though even though it might be deserved?
