PUNK: underground only

Am I the only person annoyed by the rising of "pop-punk." I never understood punk or why some people were so angry at pop-punk, until one day punk just clicked for me, and THEN I understood why pop-punk is so terrible. Honestly, it makes me angry just posting about it. There are definitely still punk bands out there (Dirtbombs, Jay Reatard, Black Lips, et al), but this pop-punk resurgence has got my knickers in a bundle.

Only punks make pop punk bad, Don't judge it by what some punks did. Music should be a way for us to enjoy each other and life and not to hate each other.
